- How to Cancel: To cancel an order, go to the "My Orders" section in the app and select the order you wish to cancel. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
- Refunds: If the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
3. Order Cancellation by Swift Food Delivery
- Restaurant Unavailability: If the restaurant is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
- Delivery Issues: If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect information or unavailability, the order may be canceled, and a refund may not be issued.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Preparation Stage: Once the restaurant has started preparing your order, it cannot be canceled.
- Special Requests: Orders with special requests or customizations may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation has begun.
